Emotional

This week has been insane. Emotions have been so crazy....

Oh yeah, I guess I should start by saying on here that tomorrow I will be 10 weeks pregnant with babyH. (I'll post later on that....)

But this week, my mommy, who is pretty much my best friend has been in the hospital and has given us all a scare.

What's even more frustrating is that the doctors still don't know what happened or what's wrong. They just say it should continue to improve. I won't go into details on here for the sake of my mother, as she of course hates it when people know she's sick.

Upon her admission to the hospital, I was a basketcase. Thehubs and the rest of my family had to remind me to be calm and take care of the baby. As time progressed, I learned to keep it together, but still have my moments.

Haven't worked all week, and tomorrow I'll have to work from 8:30-7 pretty much so I just hope I can hold up.

To add to everything else, today I've been at home all day, throwing up every time I eat something. This morning, Crispix cereal was the 1st to go....then I tried some juice and toast, which soon came back up as well.
My wonderfully hubby fixed some supper earlier this afternoon at my request, to which I only at 3 bites before getting nauseous.

Took some Tylenol and then a 3 hour nap in hopes things would be better when I woke up.

Just ate half of a grilled cheese (cooked by Thehubs of course....maybe I'll start calling him WonderHubs) and I'm just hoping it stays down. As of right now, my body is telling me it won't....

This is the sickest I've been throughout the pregnancy....I was reading that stress can bring on additional morning sickness, so I'm pretty sure that's what's going on.

Please be in prayer for my mom and the rest of the family as we continue in this journey of her healing. She came home today....

5 question friday!

FIVE QUESTION FRIDAY!!! I usually try and post her logo, but that never works....so CLICK HERE if you want to check it all out!

1. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
Probably my crooked arm....I'd make it straight so I didn't get funny looks when I'm stretching or something. lol

2. Write about a time when you got lost.
In my family, we don't call it "getting lost", we call it "taking the scenic route"....and then we turn left, then right, then left, then right until we eventually end up somewhere in civilization. lol
Let me just say that I've seen plenty of "scenic routes" in my day!

3. Camping or 5 star hotel?
Well, BOTH! I'd love to go camping and have some time in the great outdoors, but I must have a good sleeping bag, and a bathroom very close.
5 Star Hotel...well I've only stayed in 1 of those in my life, and that was on our wedding night. I'm hoping we get to go back for our anniversary this year! It's the Tutwiler Hotel :)

4. Have you donated blood?
Once, and I refuse to ever do it again! I had a feeling that it wouldn't be pretty, and boy was I right!!!
My work had a health day or something just a few months after I started there, so I thought I'd be a good employee and go. And then I thought I'd be even more ambitious and give blood in front of all these people.
So I did.....and I was fine the whole time sitting there, but as soon as they were taking the IV and everything out, the room suddenly started shrinking...
And I passed out....not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!!! Fun times...

5. Do you have a budget or do you 'fly by' most months?
We try to have a budget. It's something that I mostly do in my "bill notebook" each paycheck. I write down all of the bills for the next 2 weeks, and roughly estimate how much we plan to spend on gas, groceries, etc.
My plans are to become much more detailed and organized with this very soon!
But there's NO WAY we could just "fly by" each month!
